In order to best understand your current situation we start with an initial phone or in-person consultation. Next we’ll either do an on-site visit or a series of phone interviews with your key managers/employees involved with growing the Lean initiative in your company.
From here we’ll prepare a proposal outlining strategies and techniques for reaching and teaching your employees. Once a plan is approved, our work will begin based on your timeline.
